#SearchLondon – First Day Event Write Ups

Hi everyone,

Thank you for all for coming to the first every Google Campus day time event for #SearchLondon. It was great to see so many of you at the Google Campus. We hope you enjoyed it, we certainly did and the afternoon tea was a nice surprise.

Thank you to our sponsors SEO Jo Blogs and MajesticSEO who presented their SEO tools at the event. The drinks kept flowing at the Amber Bar.

The day kicked off with Lisa Myers’ tips on Killer Content Strategies on a Budget.

Kevin Gibbons spoke just after Lisa Myers on on what he has learned from 10 years in SEO.

Nichola Stott gave a great presentation on Earning Links Using Business Assets. Our last speaker of the day was James Carson who spoke about What Story Telling Means For Your Marketing.

If you missed the day time event, James Carson created a video for the day, please watch this space and we will let you know when they are available to watch.

We were lucky enough to have two great reviews from the event. Ned Poulter on behalf of State of Search wrote about the day time event in his post last Wednesday. Joshua Lachkovic wrote on Hotwire about the event.

If you really enjoyed the meetup, please let us know, there are two ways you can do so:

1) Be one of the first to write a review on our new Search Conferences blog.

2) Respond to the feedback surveys – we had some great feedback but from only a handful of people.

More events to be added soon.

If you would like to contribute to our brand new blog, please get in touch with the #SearchLondon team, hello@searchconferences.com.
